Adam Idah is close to agreeing terms on a five-year contract with Celtic.
Sky Sports revealed on Monday night that the clubs had agreed a deal worth £9.5m for the Republic of Ireland international.
The Hoops will pay an initial fee of £8.5m, plus £1m in add-ons. Norwich have also inserted a 15 per cent sell-on clause into the deal.
Once Idah has agreed personal terms, the 23-year-old will undergo a medical and finalise the deal.
Everything is expected to be completed this week, with the hope that Idah will be in the Celtic squad to face Hibernian in the League Cup on Sunday.
